Oh dear :( I hadn't heard.
But it's likely, as we all knew that he was very ill.

R.I.P. Pete.

Would certainly explain why he's not been heard from on the various forums lately. He seemed to have upset a few people, but I always found him a pleasant enough person to speak with.

R.I.P Pete

He was a nice guy, so willing to help me with MSTS. A sad loss.
My thoughts are with his family.

If this is indeed true then certainly RIP Pete. As said he seemed to have had more than his fair share of health problems & although Pete & Myself didn't always agree on certain things (MSTS & KRS) I always found him a decent & nice guy.

Once again RIP.

I didn't know Pete too well, but I always found him to be friendly and kind when he was on the forums. I don't know much about his health history, but I knew he was having problems to some extent, so his optimism was inspiring.

My thoughts go out to his family. RIP

He published a bit about it onto the web, and this can be read here.

That was the first think I checked when I heard the news.
You would have thought it'd have been mentioned on there...?

That's his personal webspace, so I'm not sure how you propose he update it (unless he'd told someone else his NTL World password)?

Fair enough. But then who told Baggy on his MSN account?

I'm not trying to prove anything against this, it's very sad news. Was just wondering about it.

Ooooft, just looked on his site to realise who he was...
RIP I guess, even though I didn't know you at all - just of your posts.

This is going to sound nosey and all that, but does anyone know how he died? I mean, sure C Diff's a killer, but relatively easy to treat with antibiotics, or so my dad was told when he contracted it the other year...
