Peterborough speed restrictions

I have searched the forum and elsewhere, but can find no recent refs.
I took my grandson to Peterborough Station on 27 Dec to see the Hull and LNER trains hurtle through on the centre track, but they were all crawling through by the platforms.
Does anyone know when normal service will be restored?

I don't believe there are any speed restrictions in place at the moment. Think you just got unlucky
