I need to travel tomorrow morning (Saturday) from Sydenham Hill to Yalding with few changes as possible and on one, return ticket if this is possible.
I had originally planned to go Sydenham Hill - Orpington, Orpington - Tonbridge and Tonbridge - Yalding (i.e. 3 trains) but I note there is an engineering possession between Sevenoaks and Tonbridge.
Can I go Sydenham Hill - Bromley South, Bromley South - Rochester, Rochester - Strood and Strood - Yalding (i.e. 4 trains)? I know it's a bit long winded but it avoids the buses (or most of them anyway).
Can I do this on one ticket or do I need to buy say, Sydenham Hill to Rochester and Rochester - Yalding for example?
