Pension lump sum

Hello,
Sorry asking a question for my first post
Does anyone know when I will receive my lump sum, is it on your birthday or when you get your first pension payment (3 weeks later)
Asking because pensions site is closed for maintenance and getting anyone to answer a phone is impossible

The lump sum should be paid on the actual retirement date (give or take a day or two either way). Of course, that assumes all the necessary forms and information has been completed in good time.

I got mine the day I finished, first (part) pension payment about two weeks later .
