For a static display in the NRM, a pairing of a Driving First Kitchen (Coach K) and a Standard with shop (Coach C) would be great, in order to display both classes, cab, kitchen and shop.
Elsewhere, if preserved, then a six car formation would probably suffice, unless there was a proven charter marken in which case then a full nine or eleven could be justified as well.
