What coach has no reserved seats? I'm going to Liverpool tomorrow and just rearlised both ways my seat is shyte...

It's just E all the time now Caught me out the first time I used it when it had been changed! In fairness to you though, B is the last coach to be "filled". C and D are used by the NRS prior.

Just thought I'd say, in the quiet coach (2nd) there are 2 seats of airline seats that have a table seat, not the fold down ones, but a proper table, although only 1/2 - 3/4 of one

I think the reasoning behind this, is because Pendolino's have standard carriages A-D, akin to Super Voyagers, where as First Class differs between the two classes, which is why Pendolino's now have coach E unreserved all the time.

This means that if a [5-car] Super Voyager substitutes a Pendolino, all standard pax should still have reserved seats.

If a Pendolino substitutes a Super Voyager, not only will standard pax get their seats, First Class pax will have plenty of seats to choose from compared to normal.

True, but two of those are immediately behind a luggage rack which when full (normal) leaves no legroom at all, and the other two are behind the partition opposite the luggage rack in an area that often gets cluttered with additional luggage.

So, if over 5 feet 6 inches or with long legs (30 inch or more) don't bother!

Well I am 6 feet 1, with an inside leg of 31 and they are not fine for me!
