Can you please settle this for me once and for all?
A man of fine taste also I see.Got to be peas. Not sure what right thinking person would want mushy peas!
Like Peter Mandleson, just think of them as avocado puree.Got to be peas. Not sure what right thinking person would want mushy peas!
Neither, I was put off these years ago. Infact I must be one of the few people that like Sprouts and Cauliflower. I also like Broccoli, savoy cabbage and baked beans. Sometimes a little spinach too.
It depends upon what they're accompanying. You wouldn't want mushy peas with a traditional roast dinner but with Haddock and chips it's the way to go.
Aldi do Savoury snacks made from peas. They’re more than edible. I first tried them during a lengthy connection at Gainsborough Lea Road.
I have other completely pointless and other unrelated facts too. Mostly about owls.
Agreed, sorry guysWith fish and chips it's got to be mushy peas.
Peas puree and mushy peas are definitely not the same thing!Peas Puree. Mushy if you like.
The best way to eat them.SNIP
Actually back home in Cornwall when I was about 10 years old, my mother gave me 2 lbs of peas to pod (de-pod in modern parlance), and I couldn't resist eating a few fresh from the pod peas. In fact too many. I presented her with about 150 peas in total.
My ears hurt for the next week from the scolding I got.
