A sad day for rail enthusiasts to see Past Time Rail have gone into liquidation leaving many people out of pocket no doubt. However a new company Torbay Express has taken over the summer charters from Bristol to Torbay. I only hope someone will rescue the Cotton Mill Express tours.
Personally I found them to be a good operator a couple of years ago when things were going well for them.
