Hi Guys,
I have previously posted on this site before and got some really useful information which has helped, so thank you for those that responded. I now need some more information on the criteria based interview around working to rules and regs when under pressure and standards. These are the areas that I failed on previously but the OPC are reluctant to give me any more information which leaves me wondering what they are specifically looking for. I am pretty sure I can find an example but I am hoping for some insight and examples of others that have passed to give me a better idea.
