Another way of summing it up: any law which directly or indirectly prohibits (or even permits) you working on the track without the relevant skills and permission will not affect the fact that it is still a dangerous place and you shouldn't be there unless evacuated. As we've been saying.

So, next time it's windy, I'll look out for reports of someone getting electrocuted by a tree caught in OHLE whilst they were trespassing. Seriously, do what the professionals tell you when you're in their workplace, or that will happen.
