Hello, this is my first posting. I recently applied for the passenger service agent role for docklands light railway. I have a telephone interview in a few days and was wondering if anyone could help me regarding what questions might be asked and what I need to look out for. Any replies would be greatly appreciated

We have had a number of issues with members trying to set up duplicate accounts in this forum.
