With the annual numbers to be published soon (when?) which lines are likely to show the biggest increase on the 2024-2025 numbers.

ORR normally publishes about 09:45 on Thursdays (no idea where this time and day came from)

The annual station usage stats normally come out late Nov or early Dec

It is the annual figures I was thinking of. I thought they were out earlier than end of November. Thanks for the info.

I can't remember when the start of the year's counted, but I'd guess that the Northumberland line would be high up due to having opened in December 2024 and Northumberland Park, Blyth Bebside and Bedlington not having been open for part or all of that year.

Annual numbers for 2025-26 for the whole network were published in June. There were 1.829 billion journeys in 2025-26. Station usage for 2025-26 gets released in December or January

The 2024/25 numbers were published on 4 December 2025.

ORR website says that 2025/26 will be published in November but they have not announced a date yet.
