Does anyone have any experiences or tips for travelling during COVID-19 social distancing conditions, that the rest of us could learn from when emerging from lockdown?

Any situations where you were faced with crowding or were able to avoid crowding? Any unexpectedly good or bad times to travel? Problems in/around stations?

Just to be clear, as some people misunderstood this question, this thread is about travelling now and in the immediate future (not about the long term impact)
