Pass Loadings on Certain Services

Morning all,

I'm looking for info on the following passenger loadings.
I'm not looking for exact numbers just on the general loadings?

2015:
The Class 37s Norwich to Great Yarmouth. vv.
I did these myself on a Saturday and both of the MkIIs were about 75% full. Both locals and enthusiasts.

2018:
The class 37s up and down to Cumbrian coast line
I wasn't able to do this.

Both sets of workings were covering traction shortages ?

4 cars, reasonably but not heavily loaded IME (midweek not weekend), fair number of cl37 or L/H stock enthusiasts but IIRC some "normals" just enjoying the superior ambience of slightly tired 2defs.

First coach/half coach would usually be populated with enthusiasts. Other coaches would be lightly loaded, apart from weekends where it could be full due to large numbers heading to Carlisle for drinks.

The Great Yarmouth set was never particularly busy when I was on it, not even too many enthusiasts, but I did it in winter and the 68 set was also working.

There was a DRS class 37 leaving Carlisle around 17:00 which had 4 coaches and was maybe 85% full, workers and shoppers. Favourable comments about what a luxury it was, and how quiet, being loco hauled/pushed. The engine noise was only apparent on getting off the train and listening to it leave the station

In the case of the Cumbrian 37s, two diagrams were introduced (commencing 2015) to aid Northern in releasing six class 156s to TPE for Manchester Airport - Blackpool services, at the time that their class 170s were transferring to Chiltern.

I used the Class 37s from Sellafield a couple of times to Carlisle. Full with workers commuting up the coast, not standing full but certainly 75% +.

I remember when they first came in, the apprentice travelled in from Millom every day, it was his first encounter with a train with manual doors. Confused the hell out of him, particularly the open the drop light, arm out and open from the outside manoeuvre.
