Parry People Movers (Class 139)

Hi All,

What about a thread about the Class 139 operating on the Stourbridge Branch Line (Town to Junction)

Has anybody been on them?
What are they like on the journey?


And one last question....

Are you allowed to sit in the seat next to the driver? Asking this because the vid's/pics I have seen show passengers / spotters sitting in that seat behind the bars.

Very bouncy ride and uncomfortable.

When I used it it was very loud, and hot (this was in the summer to be fair - but because it goes so slowly there is litte/no ventilation!), as well as bouncy and uncomfortable as Mojo says. However it is perfectly adequate for the job it does.
