Just moved to the area and purchased my season ticket for travel between RUG and EUS. Asked the guy at the ticket office when car park #1 is usually full by and he said around 7:30am. Got there at just before 7am this morning and it was already full. Went over to car park #3 (multi-storey) and got a space on level-2, although it was already starting to look quite busy. Car park #3 is a bit of a trek from the station, so would prefer to park closer.

Can anyone advise what time car park #1 is generally full by Mon-Fri?

Thanks.

Never parked in car park #1 as it was always full even at 7am.

Depending on where you've moved to, i found the multi storey to be best option. It's way easier to get out of the multi storey at night and you've got the options of butlers leap to Clifton road, the new road through the old GEC to the Leicester road and m1, newbold road into town and the new bypass.
All without having to queue under the station.

I know rugby like the back of my hand having grew up there, if you let me know which area you live in, I could suggest the best option for you

Remember also that from the multi storey, you enter the station from the north entrance. It's not signposted but I found that if ever you get to car park 1 by day 6,30, all the nearest spaces are taken so the walk will be longer than if you were in the multi storey
