Good afternoon all.

A question, if using TGV then Trentitalia or Trentitalia all the way, is there help if trains become delayed etc?

Looking at October this year either using

TGV Paris - Milan or Trentitalia Paris - Milan then Trentitalia via Venice

Trenitalia are not part of Railteam which means that they might not cooperate with a delayed TGV. You're probably safer with TI all the way in that respect.

BTW the TGV serves Porta Garibaldi in Milan, so you are probably better off changing at Turin.
