What's the shortest loco-hauled move you can do from Paris? I've got a few hours there on an upcoming trip.
Probably out of Montparnasse, in a 27300, assuming there are still some local hauled suburban trains remaining? If not bothered about mileage can do Clamart to Vanves Malakoff numerous times!
There are still some out of St. Lazare, think first stop mostly Houilles Carriers, about a plus 1 onto next loco back so need to be quick!
Can also do 7200 out of Gare de Lyon to Melun but would be around 90 minute round trip, can do a loco for a loco. Hope that helps. All valid on a mobilis ticket.
Didn't think there were hence the disclaimer! There’s not a lot of BB 27300s remaining in service now.
Don't mind if I pass on that one!Nothing wrong with trying out France’s new EMUs though![]()
