Paris Basel in October 2026

Can anyone shed any light on what is happening between Paris gd Lyon and Basel in October?
Train 9211 normally starts at 1022, but in October in starts at 0926 with an extended journey time. But this only features on some booking sites. TGV-Lyria‘s site and SBB show it as 1022.

Could be Engineering works 'North of Paray-le-Monial' (which doesnt make much sense as thats nowhere near the LGV branch to Dijon)

Reason: track work in Velars.

• From 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 19, to 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 20.
• From 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 26, to 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 27.

Reason: track replacement work in Plombières.

• From 10:50 p.m. on Saturday, November 28, to 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, November 29.

Reason: construction work at the Dijon station.

• Monday through Thursday: August 17–20, August 24–27, August 31–September 3, September 7–10, September 14–17.
• Monday through Wednesday: September 21–23, September 28–30, October 5–7, October 12–14, October 19–22, and October 26–29.

Reason: construction work north of Paray-le-Monial.
