Pannier Tank loco 9466 based on WSR

This loco based on the WSR was moved on 29/6/23 by road back to Minehead as shown in a pic on a website but with no explanation as to why.

Anyone know why by road ?

Had been to the Epping and Ongar Railway steam gala, and as there is no rail link there to the main line, it would have to arrive and leave by road

It would have always been moved by road. Things like this always are.
