Paignton visits by Charter Trains

26 March 2022 Paddington-Paignton-Okehampton- Paddington arrives at Paignton and fouls the crossing for 15 minutes while detraining.

Two nice videos.

I was a Teignmouth to see and photograph the Class 50 tour, looked and sound really nice.

There is a tour train tomorrow leaving Ely at 5.20 and arriving at Paignton at 12.32. The leg to Kingswear seems to have been cancelled. It leaves Paignton at 16.37 and arrives back at Ely at 23.44. Some hardy souls on that tour.
I shall try to get it's arrival or departure.

11 June 2022 Britannia leaving Paignton at 1725 as far as Taunton when diesel takes the tour train back to Solihul.

18 July 2022 Braunton leaving Paignton at 1725. Another tour train to Slough; diesel from Taunton. Engine from West Somerset Railway.
At least another 4 in July up to 16 July.

Britannia again making the steam leg between Kingswear and Taunton on a Poole tour train by Saphos.
Saturday 2 July 2022. It arrived at 12 17, 15 early.
The departure above left 11 early at 17.14. The previous train 1A34 to Paddington at 17.05 was cancelled and the automated platform announcer was advising passengers to board the tour train if they wanted Taunton.
The local train to Exmouth was delayed until 17.16 and followed the tour train after a quick shunt.
