why is it that trains i download from trainsimcentral work fine, but when i try to run a pacer downloaded elsewhere it comes up 'train not found'?

Could you be more specific please, which routes/trains you are trying to use.

ive downloaded two pacers from various places, neither work. all trainsimcentral train downloads work fine.

NWM uses several pacers.
Class 142 Pacer DMU from BVE Railnetwork
Class 143 Pacer DMU from BVE Routes & Trains
Class 144 Pacer DMU
2 versions available: from BVE Railnetwork or BVE Routes & Trains


You'll need to have all these installed in order to run all the routes.

you can use BVE route randomizer to select custom trains without changine the folders manually

Seriously, who in there right mind would want to drive a pacer in a sim. There are pacer drivers out there earning £35,000+ thinking about other jobs.
