Oyster Photocard Question

Morning all,

With an Adult Oystercard which is being used to load 7 day or longer travelcard seasons on, am I right in saying you have a photocard which requires a passport or driving licence and passport photo.

I tried to search online for this information but couldn't find it documented anywhere.

No you are not right. The card must have been registered at a London Underground station, Oyster ticket stop, or an assortment of other places, but no photocard is required for any season tickets stored on Oyster.

Indeed you don't even need to register it to load 7-day seasons, but that isn't a route I would recommend taking unless you are particularly paranoid.
