King's Cross St Pancras ticket offices had no queues at all an hour ago, so 2145 on a Sunday evening is a good bet ;) (there were queues for the ticket machines at the main tube ticket hall, but no queues for the machines at all at the sub surface ticket hall - though sub surface lines were shut)
