Travelled across the tube on Saturday, and have deduced from the balance shown that I must have been charged the full £4 for a Zone 1 journey from Baker Street to Kings Cross.
I was sure I touched out at Kings Cross, but it was extremely busy and when you have an endless stream of people touching the pad and walking through, it's not clear who has actually validated the gate to open.
You can't exactly stop to make sure because you've got someone else busily rushing through behind you.
Although it's only £2 or so, it is annoying. Is it worth writing to TFL to try and get the credit applied? I have rail tickets to substantiate that I left at Kings Cross.
