Oyster daily off-peak caps for part-time workers

Hello all,

As usual, TfL haven't advertised the 2019 daily off-peak caps for part-time workers yet. I have a Disabled Persons Railcard linked to my Oyster Card. Last year, the cap was set at £7.05 for Zones 1-5 through to 1-9. Does anyone know this year's rate yet?

No, but you've reminded me that I need to ask.

Do you have any evidence that the part-time worker cap extended beyond zone 6. My understanding is that it was brought in as a direct result of the new all-day caps, but these were never implimented beyond zone 6.

No, I don't: I think I've assumed it, as the ordinary railcard cap last year was £8.25 for 1-6 and 1-9. On a related matter, is the Bus & Tram daily cap unchanged from last year's rate of £4.50?

Yes, the TFL website is still listing it as being £4.50

Off peak caps for zones 1-9 used to be the same as zone 1-6 cap but they look to have quietly increased it this year.

Not yet. I'll chase again, but I think the scheme has been scrapped. I reckoned it would only apply to zone 6 this year so they may have just decided to bite the bullet.
