If you use the Thameslink between St Pancras and Blackfriars, with an oyster card, is it included in the off-peak tube/dlr/overground daily cap for zones 1-2?

Also are buses included or do they have a different capping system?
We are going on Thursday so may not be able to use the tube if the strike goes ahead.

Everything counts towards the zone 1-2 daily cap except HS1 from St P to Stratford Int. Buses have a separate capping system, but it also counts towards the zone 1-2 cap. £6.40 is the most you should pay.
