Overtime strike what is the likely effect?

I am thinking about travelling to Portsmouth very last minute on the week beginning the 7th of August using an open return, however I see that there is an overtime ban that week. As the first off peak train won't be me into Portsmouth until just before 15:00, what is the likeliness of the South Western Trains being cancelled? Does anybody know how many have been cancelled on previous overtime bans?
