Overpaid delay repay

I claimed delay repay for >30 (Both what the website is showing I claimed for and what happend), but have been paid for >60.

Is there any legal obligation to notify the TOC?

Provided you did not make any incorrect declarations on the claim form then you can consider the matter finished
