Overhead Wire Problems between BHM and LTV

Good Afternoon,

As I speak, 2N82, 2R30, 2U84, 2R42 are stuck between running 76, 76, 69 and 50 minutes late respectively. This is the latest of a series of unfortunate events on XCity over the last week or so, but i'm wondering. What exactly has gone wrong this time?

Overhead wires came down?
Power Failure?
Vandalism?

Can anyone shed light on todays farce please?

Not specifically having a pop at LM here either, before people decide to say this.
