Overground Class 317 question

315s are usually diagrammed in preference to 317s. As such, the Class 317s are usually out during peak times and there may only be one unit out on the west anglia route during the off peak, if any. See https://www.railforums.co.uk/threads/class-710-lo.145774/page-51#post-4032201 for more information. Basically, you'll want to travel during the peak period to take a 317, although you can't guarantee which unit will turn up.
There are no booked 317s at weekends. Weekdays there are five pairs. One stays out all day, the others stable between the peaks. There is often a sixth pair covering for 315s.
Booked departures from Liverpool Steet to Chingford: 0633, 0748, 0903, 1003, 1118, 1203, 1448, 1618, 1718, 1748, 1848, 1903, 2018, 2033.
From Chingford 0555, 0610, 0629, 0714, 0829, 0955, 1240, 1410, 1510, 1610, 1640, 1655, 1755, 1825.

Purely by chance I travelled on one of these a few months ago but it was too crowded to get a photo inside the 1st class seating area. This was on the Chingford route.
