Outdoor skating rinks explosion

Has anyone noticed that this winter, temporary outdoor skating rinks seem to be popping up everywhere? The one in Nottingham closes today and I've a feeling there was one in Derby too?? It is a bit odd, seeing as Nottingham hosts the National ice centre anyway, so why have an outdoor one??? Tbh, I think skating is s**t, I see it being too chavvy:neutral:

Salford only had one till the new year - then it was gone - the lawns in front of the council offices a proper mess that will take time to repair/recover. More of oiur money down the drain

Ice Skating is a cool sport and nothing to do with chavs. I'd recommend it to anyone! A good way to keep fit and have fun at the sametime
