We had booked advance tickets via the forum site for travel from Letchworth via Stevenage to York and return on Saturday.
We are due to meet other people travelling from Durham and Stalybridge.
Due to the weather the other people want to postpone their journey, partly as the person joining at Stalybridge will have to drive over the hills to get to the station in an area forecast to have Harvey snow over the next 2 days.
I would normally rebook our tickets for another date. However, due to a lot of weekend engineering works over the next few weeks and other availability the next weekend when we are all available and trains are running on all 3 routes is in mid April so beyond the current booking period for LNER.
What is the best option for us to rebook our tickets?
Thanks

It would incur two admin fees, but change and then change again. Make sure you select a train of similar value (doesn't matter when it is as you aren't going to travel on it) so you don't lose any of the value of your ticket bar the admin fee.

Thanks. That seems the best option. Though we may decide to have our own separate trip to York in March. There are a few weekends coming up when ECML has no trains south of Peterborough and want to avoid Feb half term!
