Hi all,

Started my October collection with 32 photos from Burton Salmon, Colton Junction, Copmanthorpe, Hensall Ings, Crowle, Barnetby, New Barnetby, Melton Ross, Brocklesby, Ulceby, Low Santon, and Hasland.

Highlights included 57006, 37261/20314, 60044 and 60007.

Bloody stunning photos.

I don't know how you get them all so amazingly sharp, yet soft at the same time!

I give the camera a little pep talk before I start taking pictures. Usually does the trick. :lol:

But seriously, you just need to tinker with the settings, get used to the different camera settings. I currently use shutter priority, and underexpose most of my shots by a stop. I then just edit in CS3. And as you can tell I'm happy with it. Another photography lesson on Crewe Shuana? :lol:

Ah cool. Yeah, I've noticed that your pictures are often a little dark. But they're still good.

I really do need to get to grips with this photography business. Can't take a picture to save my life lol.

They appear a little dark as it was dark ;)

Any photos I underexpose I correct in photoshop, I underexpose some shots to bring out the sky.

Do you shoot in RAW or JPEG?

Maybe someone should organise a RUK photography lesson meet :lol:

You wont get the same results with the S9600.
