I have some questions about a job I have applied for.

How many times do network rail workers get paid a year 12 or 13?

Does the job I'm applying for go to the test centre stage?

Finally... What is a shift allowance and how does it work?

Thank you for your help in advance

13 times a year. Every 4 weeks. Shift allowance is the amount of extra money you get for nights compared to day shifts 10% in most cases now.
