I was wondering if anyone had any maps or timetables from the time when Virgin Crosscountry launched Operation Princess? I'd be very thankful if anyone could post them here.

Obviously, what they needed were longer trains.

Longer trains were part of a longer term plan AIUI, something that the SRA put a stop to when reliability and punctuality became a media sized problem.

Can't help with the timetables as such, but I believe the map you want is this one.

There are a few others here though.

Thanks. Certainly a dog's dinner of a network. The Dec. 2001 map is the worst.
