Good idea, here's a few from some recent games of mine.
1) Lille Europe and the high speed junction giving access to all 4 directions (London, Paris, Brussles and Amsterdam)
2) Birmingham area (partly realistic, all the required stations exist at least...!)
3) Littlehampton (completely fictional)

Just started playing this again today after a while.
Fictional map. This is the largest city and I have a 'low level' and a 'high level' station within the city with two suburban routes crossing each other. The roof in the low level station is higher than the high level.
