Steve Thomas has some 153s on his reopened site.
Class 156 can be found on the Oovee website - it's the BVE4 version but it should work ok. Just need to add the extensions - some are available from Eezypeazy's website.
No they can't - Oovee's BVE contributions were removed some time back.
However, the good news is that Eezypeazy has obtained permission to host these driveable trains, which are now available at http://www.eezypeazy.co.uk/
