What is with this boom with Open Access all of a Sudden?

We now got Glasgow Trains being proposed and Humber and City Proposed.

Plus the Grand Central and Wrexham Shropshire.

Your thoughts?

It's the one of the fastest growing industries in the UK at the moment and everyone wants a slice of the action.

I personally think it's great IMHO.

Quick easy way to get money if you can go along a branch line then on a major route for an operator... ORCATS heaven.
