OPC Magnificent 7 situational judgement test

hi everyone,

Just looking for advice on magnificent 7 situational judgement test.

I’ve got to the point where I’ve done the OPC practice material, done all the ones included in the how to become books and ive done so many I’ve lost any sense of perspective.

Any help ?

As far as I was aware the sjt for train driving is not a black and white pass or fail. They feed ur results into a computer and it comes out with "person x scores well on motivation but poorly on pride" and that's what they'll look for confirmation of during the mmi which is pass/fail.

If anyone else knows better i'm happy to stand corrected.

From what I believe, it is a test that aims to see how you would react in a challenging situation with many probable answers that may seem correct but you also have to order them in rank of most useful to least.

Personally, I'd recommend not overthinking this questionnaire and remain calm and respond the questions and instructions clearly, you'll do well!
