Hi,

I've applied for a signallers post. This is my second time of applying after getting through to the test centre stage. This time I didn't have to do the online test as it has saved my test from the first time of applying. I have noticed it says "test complete" on my status. I haven't received an email saying it's been completed, just the first email to say my application has been received. My question being... Do you know when I will be updated? Will it be after the closing date? Thanks

You're fine mate, the SJT lasts a fair while.

Just wait
And get used to waiting...

Hi achy.......as TomBoyd says......it is a long drawn out process. Have you passed assessment centre on your last attempt?

Hi, no i actually failed at my first attempt. The closing date was the 11th so I'm hoping to hear back in the next few days. Hopefully I will get an invite to the test centre again. Just out of interest do any of you know where you sleep if you obviously passed all the tests and interviews? Do you share rooms? I know it's jumping the gun but I'm just curious. I feel a it more convenient now I know what to expect. I didn't sleep much the last time and was really nervous. Thanks for the replies

wait, you've done and failed signaller assessment?

its my understanding that that fail lasts for six months.

and should you get through, you get put up in a hotel during signalling school. its awesome,

Yeah I had to wait 6 months. I failed back in August of last year. By the time i get an invite (if I do) then could be looking at sometime in March so that's plenty of time between the two. Thanks for the help guys appreciate it
