So a bit of practice clearly improves the score..

I've discovered something interesting about this particular test.. in order to elevate my score from (40 Average to 79 High) which I can't quite believe..!!

See if you guys come to the same conclusion!

I may be in a position to get a copy of the 22 questions.

At least then I'll be happy with my final answers, hopefully I will fit.. or at least achieve the benchmark if not then I'm obviously the wrong candidate for this particular job..

I appreciate the answers are supposed to be 'in the moment' however I also think I fell into a common trap i.e Desperate to pass - Questions seem obvious - Over thinking the 'What's required' for the job element!

79 on the orientation and 91 on the judgement!!
