Hello,i am new here,this website is very usefull and well done.
I got a question about online "scenarios" and "attitude" tests online.
Basically i'm a bit frustrated as i tried and failed a couple of these tests in the past and i'm about to try again in a few days..the question is..What do they look for in these test? What does have the priority?What kind of answers do they expect?
I'm talking about those kind of questions with 4 answers and number 1 to 4 depending on what you think is most important.
I'm a bus driver and i think i always answer consciously knowing how customer service and safety work,but apparently not lol.
So let's say there are 3 categories in those questions which are
SAFETY
CUSTOMER SERVICE
COMPANY
And there are lots of tricky questions about them,would you give priority to customer going against the company or the other way round? Safety wins over all i think even if you provide bad service or go against the company..am i right?
So there are my doubts,i'd like to know what guys think and if you could give me any advice,it would be massively appreciated.
