Onboard staff adding a comment to a digital ticket

On our machines, we can see where it was scanned, if it was onboard (and if so, which train) or at a barrier, and the time it was scanned. I have never seen messages attached to a certain ticket, though we may have different machines to EMR at my TOC, so I can’t comment for those!
Same with my TOC.

Cant you demand to see comments under the data protection act!
Someone would need to make a Subject Access Request, knowing that this information will have been added to the e-ticlet and will therefore exist and then see what comes back in the SAR response.

Then if what they expect isn't there, they could challenge it.

I won't be doing this as I've never had a digital ticket with comments added.
