On Train Conductor Assessment - Scotrail

I’ve recently been invited to attend an assessment for a Conductor job out of Stranraer.
I’ve spoken to a few people who do the job but, none have went through this process recently, they’ve either got the job internally or been in the job for a number of years.
Looking for information or experiences in the following tests; verbal test, safety and concentration test and customer service scenario test.
I have been working through the material sent to me in the invitation to the assessment but any links to further content would be greatly appreciated.

Also any other information on what to expect from the day.

Hi Matt,

I would advise you to read and practice all the information you get sent to you this will give you a good idea of what to expect on the day. I would also say don't rush any assessment as they are looking for accuracy and not the amount of lines you complete on the first test. Go in with a clear head it can be a stressful day but it is such a relief at the end when you have been told that you have passed.
