Hi new to the room do any one have any information on companies recruiting Trainee Driver/Operator
you have no chance there are a lot out there already who will be coming cap in hand for jobs at the few otm firms left.

(Not often agree with something ladydsm posts)...
But she is spot on, even if you don't get trampled by the jarvis operators beating a path to the remaining OTM operators door, those that haven't gone wheels up are over staffed as NR has cut back on the work load.
They are either cutting driver/ops, or running over complement for the work they have, to see what <allegedly> will happen in October when AIUI, the "new" tamping contracts will be awarded, but we shall see!!
(thats what our manglement are telling us anyway, either that or they are just treating the mushrooms the usual way
)
