On-line Assessment.

I am at a bit of a loss here. Yesterday (12/12/2014), I received an email from Southeastern Trains to do an on-line assessment for Trainee Conductor. Does anyone know how long you have to complete these tests on-line. I was away last night on Charity business, and therefore unable to take the test, as I was not prepared for it. I tried to do it on-line, but it's not allowing me. I have to get in touch with a company, who I can only talk to in Office hours. I am at work during that time, and I am unable to use a computer for this. As computer usage is being monitored. Thanks in Advance.

Could you not call in your lunch hour, visit a local library or Internet Cafe at lunch perhaps... Maybe take the afternoon or the morning off? I don't know the details of your current job but if you really want this find a way around it. I had to take two days off at the drop of a hat for conductor interview and assessment, I'm fortunate enough to be able to do that in my current role... If not I'd have taken it unpaid I guess. Depends how much you want this make it work don't let it pass you by!

Thanks. I have now since sorted it, and managed to get it working. I have annual leave set aside for interviews, so am okay on that side. But the assessment is now complete. So I shall just wait.

Hello All,

When i applied for a job with Rail Network there was 2 online tests i had to be and 1 of them was on a timer, i did not manage to answer all the questions in time.

Well I have just received good news on this. I have passed, So I am waiting for Paperwork on this. They are currently reviewing the status's at the moment. The job did state Future Opportunities.
