On hold for three months then put in talent pool

Hi all,

I have been on hold for a conductor post since passing my conductor assessment in June, I have today been told that there will be no more vacancies at Skipton until next year due to a change in thier train crew plan and I'm in the talent pool now

My results will be valid for the next 5 years, what has happened as I don't understand all this HR nonsense?

We have had a number of issues with members trying to set up duplicate accounts in this forum.
