Omitting Tondu?

According to below and TFW journey planner this isn't going to stop at Tondu. Nor is its return journey. This leaves a 2-3 hour gap in service.
Does anyone know why this train wont stop?

It is shown to stop but not as a passenger stop. Along with the missing arrival at Maesteg an hour later, I expect an input error.

It has to stop at Tondu box for the token

I have seen some similar anomalies round West Yorkshire since the timetable change - either calls being in as non-passenger or (as highlighted on another thread I believe) pathing calls at junctions being passenger pickups (Heaton Lodge Junction being the one that springs to mind).

I can only guess a case of GIGO (Garbage In Garbage Out)

Nothing new under the sun, I remember a BR timetable with a footnote showing a token exchange on a Shrewsbury - Aberystwyth service as a passenger stop.

That would perhaps have been "Westbury" .....

We did stop there once , apart from the token , the driver pocketed a Pheasant , (dead) which he hung on the AWS changeover lever and left a happy man at Salop.

This could be wrong but could this be because some of Network Rail's best planners refused to move to Milton Keynes? and some of their replacements were not as experienced or conscientious ?

Certainly I have heard one or two grumbles from (ex-)planners but that may only be one side of the story.
