I'd say that's pretty clear.

But could be better - solely relying on colour to make that distinction may not be suitable for people with some colour deficiencies. The relevant LUL standards do state that the line name should also be used.

Is this related to the previous issue mentioned above?

District Line: No service between High Street Kensington and Edgware Road and between Earl's Court and Kensington (Olympia) due to signal failure at High Street Kensington. GOOD SERVICE on the rest of the line.

No, this is 6A points at High Street Kensington, so that westbound District trains cannot depart from platform 1 or 2 at High Street. Replacement parts awaited.

London Underground has not used the term “points failure” in customer facing language for a number of years now.

This shouldn’t lead to confusion because it’s only listed as a disruption reason for the District.

I came across several people yesterday who seemed confused that the Circle was running at Paddington "but they said there was a signal failure!", so it does happen.

You and I would know to check both lines; Joe Public often see the solid colour on the TfL map and assume the whole route is closed on that bit.

So was the reason the Olympia shuttle was scrapped in order to provide capacity to reverse all the Wimbledons at High St, since they couldn't go further?
